1.  Why is my data allowance going down, when I’m not using my phone.

 

2.  I upgraded on 2 Oct and my Volt Benefits were temporally halted, Received an email saying they would be restored within 7 days.  This has not happened

Can take up to 14 days to restore Volt benefits with an upgrade. 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Your phone will use data in the background to run app updates etc.

Turn off mobile data or limit access to background apps if you don't want data to be used.
