Hi,
A week ago I had a sim only contract declined online. I am unsure why as I can’t think of anything that would stop me being accepted for this. I have emailed the credit referrals team but have had no response. How can I escalate this? I need to know what the situation is and really need to sort out my phone contract.

@MW29 I believe it can take 10 days or more for the credit referrals team to respond, and that probably means 10 working days. Below are all the methods of contact we have:
