Any help appreciated. I am pay monthly, Apple 12 phone. I can only use my voice phone here in Majorca. There is a 4G signal, roaming is switched on (I think), but cannot get email or use Google Maps when I am away from Wifi. Cannto get hold of O2 on webchat

In mobile data settings on your phone. 
It will probably be set to "iData.o2.co.uk" so change it and save it then reboot your phone.
