Poor customer service, i wangt to renew my contract but can't seem to find somebody to chat to, everybody is busy. I'm a long standing customer and have 8 days to decide if i'm going to leave o2. Give me a good reason not to.

Same every year at this usual launch time . Just review the community every September and you will see the pattern

Yes...and sad that O2 never seem to learn from it. Other customers are needing attention and being passed over...

Ongoing isuues with both the two major phone launches mean that the same people are calling and using live chat 2 or 3 times a day, more in some cases from what I've been reading.

Too true it must be frustrating for other callers but as @Cleoriff says when will O2 learn from this annual issue
