Hello,

In my bill analysis I seem to have called a UK mobile number that I do not recognize and charged for it. The duration of the call was just 1 sec. How can I found out what is happening?

An unlocked phone in your rucksack or pocket, maybe? Or a mis-dial. What does the call history on the phone itself show?

I have one (or more) calls like that every month, different numbers every time. I have a phone case so difficult to misdial.
