The easiest may be to call customer services, 202 for contracts http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
but you can also do it in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 under "Manage your details"

Hi @Anonymous how are you getting on with the address change? Did you try via My O2 as per the info above from MI5?
