Dear all,
I recently put in an order for an iPad Pro contract. I've actually gone and brought outright instead. I am trying to cancel my order but I am struggling to get in contact. I can't get hold of o2 via phone or web chat. I can't seem to find an email address. Any ideas how to proceed?

Getting in touch with O2 to cancel the order will be difficult. You can try though Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Only method is by phone at present @Williphant If you can't get through you'll have to wait until your order arrives and refuse delivery, or accept it then send it back. You will eventually get refunded.

Edit: Good news @Williphant Just check your bank statements to ensure you haven't been charged.
