Hi. I have been with O2 for years (PAYG) and pretty much on the same tariff which suited me. It was O2 Anytime. I also had a £5.00 bolt on so I could speak to 10 contacts on O2. However, as I had problems with picture messaging with my new (not so) smartphone!!.. I have contacted O2 three times over past few days. 1st advisor suggested I changed my tariff to TEXT and WEB to 'enable picture messaging' I changed but then noticed my credit going down rapidly...even though i only use my phone for texting, calling my family all on O2, and sending occasional pictures. Rang O2 again and a great lass, diplomatically said, I had been advised wrongly and did i want to go back on my original tariff? I said yes please, but today I have noticed credit going down when i TEXT non O2 numbers, and realise she must have thought my original tariff was O2 Unlimited...so If I ring O2 AGAIN would they be willing to put me back on Anytime (even though its not given to new customers??)
Thanks for any help
