I upgraded my device to a fold a few week ago and was experiencing issues with DPD due to them loosing the parcel in transit as this was being resolved my old device which is a Note 10+ And my sim was both blocked by 02. The sim Barr was lifted within a few hours of calling but my mobile wasn't. For the past 3 weeks I have been on and off the phone to them due to them saying the block is lifted but isn't. What I dont understand is I can use the phone when the Barr is lifted for approx 4 hours before the block is back on. Even though I have got a new device what works I still need the other! My phonecall today with 02 said they isn't a block on the phone and I replied they is I have had the same issue for about 3 weeks. She replied the fault must be on your end which I know it isn't. My phone worked perfectly until 02 put that block on and since then It won't work for longer than a few hours. I am getting very frustrated at the service I am being given. Why does the device work for approx 4 hours before being blocked again. I have done every reset they is when this happens and still nothing. This wasn't 02s phone to block and they don't seem to be taking it serious. I dont want to seek legal adive but I feel I might have to if its not resolved and I have a strong case due to 02s audit trails. Please help and has anyone else experienced similar.
