Unfortunately this is a customer only community and no one from O2 will see your message.
They automatically place a restriction on the phone if a payment is late and shows the benefits of keeping the direct debit in place.
You need to contact customer service direct by calling from a landline, borrowing a phone or you could try live chat in the morning. All contact details in the link :
