Hi I already paid the full amount yesterday that was due. However, it still says I have to pay the £102.81.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

It can take up to 48 hours to show on the system and the weekend may mean it takes a bit longer.
