Hi, I have lost my.old sim and need to activate my new sim but I don't have my old phone to receive the activation code?

You need to report your SIM's loss to O2 first, @Alex2323 - Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it - they will send a new SIM configured correctly for your phone, just pop it in and call them to unblock your account and phone.

Also they will deactivate the lost SIM to save you from any malicious use by anyone who might find it. Good luck!
