Hi all,
I ordered and received a PAYG phone through the O2 online shop.
However, when I received the order there was no invoice attached in the parcel. I also didn't receive the invoice via email with the order confirmation and it is not retrievable from the myO2 account.
I phoned O2 customer service via 4445, but they haven't sent me an invoice either.
How can I get the VAT invoice?

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 4445, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
Have you chexked in recent orders in My O @scotsman02 ?

Many thanks for posting the instructions. Didn't get me a VAT receipt, but I got at least a confirmation letter.
