My teenage daughters both have payg sims in their phones. I tried to add £10 on each today. One was successful, the other wasn't. Used the same card for both... and also tried alternative card, but one number just doesn't want to top up.

Both numbers have been able to be topped up before, as they have had these numbers for a few years now.

I'll try tomorrow at a bank ATM, but just wondered why the web top up is working for one, but not the other.
