Cannot get PAC code

Cannot obtain my PAC code

When trying to get it via my02.

Try live chat but still in a continuous loop between safari / App Store even though I have my o2 installed.

I have no credit on my phone and don’t wish to top up just to get my PAC code.

Any help?

Just to reiterate - I am unable to text or call as no credit

@Gggggg Calling 4445 from your phone is a free call. Alternatively, you can call customer service on 0800 032 1402 from any phone.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Best time to call is 8 am.
