Resolved! 4G & Wi-fi Calling enable

I (and Customer Services) have a problem getting these services up and running on my new O2 Sim only contract (with ported in number from Vodafone). I've enabled the service in MyO2. All other services, including 4G (VoLTE Off) and Wifi work normally...

Block spam

HiI have started receiving an unbelievable amount of spam calls recently. I block them, but another number calls. Is there any way I can stop them? I have registered with TPS, but that's not helped.Thanks for any help. Dave

Resolved! Incorrect Charges_Contact O2

I have been charged for picture messages yet I haven't sent any, I also didn't use emojis as I knew I wasn't sending an Imessage. I rang 202 to dispute the charges and it said use online chat. But I can't find it and just keep going round on a loop.....
