HiI have started receiving an unbelievable amount of spam calls recently. I block them, but another number calls. Is there any way I can stop them? I have registered with TPS, but that's not helped.Thanks for any help. Dave
I didn't carry on the call, because I figured if she was from O2, she would have said my name, instead of just calling me "Sir". Does anyone know if this is a genuine O2 caller?

I have been charged for picture messages yet I haven't sent any, I also didn't use emojis as I knew I wasn't sending an Imessage. I rang 202 to dispute the charges and it said use online chat. But I can't find it and just keep going round on a loop.....

I've just upgraded to a Samsung A12 which did not have any earphones in the box ....is this right? My old earphones that I was using on my Samsung A50 do not seem compatible.
