Last week, you were kind enough to advise me how this could be extended. It worked for a couple of incoming calls but has now reverted to just 15 seconds. Further advice would be greatly appreciated. Phone is a Galaxy A32 if this is relevant.

Resolved! Blocked outbound calls

Been calling 02 for 2 days to un block my phone, my bill has been paid too. They kept saying within 24 hours it will be sorted. I'm still waiting almost 72 hours later. Is anyone else having the same issue.
