O2 wifi

My work place has o2 wifi and my phone seems to connect to it as u an on o2 however I cannot seem to get the internet working why is that?
P.S. I've recently upgraded and I never had this issue with my previous contract.

Call customer service and ask them to reset your Mac address.

Your old phone will still be registered.
