I sent my phone off 2 weeks ago and even though phone was delivered to them the next day....im yet to hear anything...Reading posts on here this seems to be common...just wondered if anyone has recieved the £150 extra for Samsung phone on top of what it's worth?....

When you do get a response from them, expect them to report "Touch Screen Issue" and slash the offered price of the phone by 90%
