Insurance Excess Payment

Anonymous
Not applicable

I had a successful insurance claim in March, and was told the payment of the excess fee would go out with my normal phone bill within 3 months. It still hasn't gone out, what should I do?

Depends on when they submitted the amount and when your billing date is. So if your usual billing date is the 11th and you were told on the 20th then it might be July before you see it. Which in the eyes of the call handler is 3 months but not in the eyes of o2 billing!

Though best option is to ask or check your account for additional charges appearing.

Check your bank statement as they may have taken it directly.
