How do you claim 'galaxy buds2 Pro

Hi,

I purchased a S23 last week, got a pop up to say claim for a pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro for £1. I would get a code and then follow a procedure. 

I was wondering has anyone ever done this as I have not received a code yet?

Buy a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB or Samsung Galaxy S23 256GB ("Qualifying Purchase") direct from O2 between 31 August 2023 until 4 October 2023 and claim one pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite for £1. Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite value worth £219. Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite value based on price of Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite on the Samsung.com/UK website and correct as of 14 August 2023. Hi, apologies I am back again. I got the code, logged in, ordered my buds but when i typed in the code it says it is invalid 😞 I triple checked I typed in it correctly! Any suggestions

Have you selected the option to pay in full and then added the discount code on the checkout page?

Yes. Added the product to the basket, beside it there is space to enter the code supplied by O2, but then it comes up the message ' the promo code is invalid'

Try again in 24 hours then get back onto O2 for another code if it still fails.
