Hey all,
I noticed that in the terms of the free 6mnth of Amazon Music Unlimited offer, that if you have a subscription already (which I do) then you must choose another extra. However if I cancel my existing Amazon Music Unlimited subscription (which would end 09-Jul), can I then apply this offer? How does it work?
Thank you

Choose your extra now and then you have up to 28 days to redeem it.

Yes you can.
Just cancel then choose your extra in your MyO2.

Awesome, thank you.
So can I "add the extra" now and then wait until 10-Jul for example and apply it? How is it applied, you have to give O2 your email address associated with Amazon account or?

Hi @red_snow
Once cancelled you can choose it again.

It states you can't have the same extra in the link I gave above @red_snow
However, it also says , "you’ll have 28 days to choose your extra in My O2. We can also send you a text and email reminder - if you'd like a reminder make sure you've opted in to our marketing communications."
So I think you can apply for it and use it when existing one is finished.
It might be better to give O2 a call on 0800 587 4005 to double check.
