Dose any know anything about Messaging I'm?

I was looking my mobile phones witch is Samsung Galaxy A20e on the virgin Media Web site and on there it said that my mobile phone supports Messaging IM but I can't find it anywhere on my mobile phone.

Its RCS which Google now make available on most handsets, you need to use the Google Messages App and enable it, full details are on the link below:

Probably means the Google Messages app which uses RCS...
