Hello

I have big problem.

I need to change my email adress becouse i made mistake with my email when i try to register  my mobile phone number . I need to log in to my acc but i can becouse you send all my login detail for wrong email.

Probably easiest to call CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus but if you can get in it can be changed in your MyO2

@Anonymous  You are not speaking to customer service here. Please call 202 from your mobile, and please remove your phone number to avoid spam calls or texts, as this is a public forum which can be accessed by anyone. In the right hand corner go to Options, then Edit Reply.

I changed mine easily enough via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 14 months ago when I was having problems getting emails in from this site...(though if the op can't log into My O2 then that will be a problem) Smiley Frustrated
