I ordered an item from the website this evening. It showed as being in stock. An hour later I received an email advising it was not in stock. However, there is no estimate of when it might come back into stock or be delivered. There is no information on how to cancel an order and the email address shown at the bottom of the page results in an automated reply to say that it has been shut down. The Live Chat service is constantly busy and there is no information on the website. I'm absolutely fuming. 02 are simply attempting to lock me into a purchase, having misled me about whether it is available. That is utterly contempible behaviour. How can I get in touch with a human being to cancel this order?

Best to contact customer services early 08.00am to 08.30 am as they are much easier to get through to then. (Don't use live chat)
