CALM premium

Hi all, I got the free CALM premium app with 02, however, when I try to access the premium content its saying I have to pay as I only have the basic package. This is so frustrating, PLEASE HELP

There is a full explanation about getting Calm in this link

Initially, go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under manage your account.

By the way, you will be asked for card details as indicated in the link above by @pgn 

It's like a free trial of Amazon Prime. You need to remember to cancel after the lengt of the extra if you no longer want it.
