nokia lumia 800 error message

Hi i bought the nokia lumia 800 last year but have never been able to update it as i keep getting error message on zume, i am the administrator on my lap top but i still cant get it to update is it worth taking it into an o2 shop to see if they can help ?

What error message? Usually it's because you haven't verified your microsoft account but without the error code it's difficult to guess......

Thanks for your reply but all that is way over my head lol think i`ll not bother updating my phone, just wish i could take it somewhere and get it done for me, thanks again slight_smile
