I bought a dongle for my friend in hospital so he could stream on his tablet. He is now home and I am paying a monthly tariff on the dongle. I wish to cancel this subscription. I have been on to 202, but am bring pushed around to different people who just pass me on. After being on the phone for the best part of 40 minutes I was cut off. Thanks.
