Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to use my WiFi dongle in the Netherlands but I can’t connect to the internet with it. The app says that it has hooked onto a local network and has 4G signal but I still can’t use it.
I checked the apn after reading other posts from the community and believe it is setup correctly. I’ve also tried calling customer services, but thanks to the pandemic the automated system just keeps hanging up on me.
Can anyone tell me if there is anything else I can try without the use of customer services?
