Hi I ordered a device on Friday had all the emails sent, they took the upfront payment out of my bank, I’ve had absolutely no updates since, the device still hasn’t been delivered, it’s not appearing on my orders when I log in and I’m unable to speak to anyone as I don’t log in to the app. It’s all really weird and I could do with some
advice, as I would love to get my money back.

It may be stuck in a secondary credit check, and you will only get an email when its been dispatched.
Best thing to do is ring the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255

What if the credit check doesn’t approve, will they refund the upfront payment.
will they inform you. I’m not bothered about the device at this point, it’s the money they’ve taken out of my bank without doing all these check first

The same way a lot of other companies do nowadays.
And yes if you are not approved, then you will get a full refund
