Surface Duo 2

Hi All,

Purchased offline a Surface Duo 2 recently, need to get Visual Voicemail activated for this device, does anyone know how I might go about doing this, getting through to O2 is a bit of a mare.!

o2 dont officially support the device. 

Have you gone into the Menu, to turn it on 

Phone App >> Go to Settings >> Go to Voicemail >> Turn visual Voicemail on 

Other than that as its not a support handset, then not really a lot can be done..

Thanks, sadly I don't have the voicemail option on mine.
