I want to return my pixel 7 as it is severely overpriced and the service is ridiculous constantly dropping even though I'm in an area with good coverage. It seems pretty much impossible to get a response on the app and they make its extremely difficult to request the refund. If you call you are on hold for an hour at least then passed from pillar to post! Clearly delay tactics! Any help would be appreciated.

Help here
If you are within the 14 day cooling off period
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/returning-your-device
if after that then you would have to pay off the device plan and cancel the airtime

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
