Hi, I want to cancel my order but I don’t know how to do it.
I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks and I have only received an email saying that my order is out of stock.
I needed my order as soon as possible that's why I want to cancel it. Pay £30 upfront.
I call on the phone and it is impossible to communicate and the virtual assistant does not give answers regarding this.
Please help me.
