Hi, I want to cancel my order but I don’t know how to do it. 

 

I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks and I have only received an email saying that my order is out of stock. 

 

I needed my order as soon as possible that's why I want to cancel it. Pay £30 upfront. 

 

I call on the phone and it is impossible to communicate and the virtual assistant does not give answers regarding this. 

 

Please help me.

For social networks they do not respond either.

Hi @Mariale the turnaround times for their social media are a bit slow right now. Definitely keep at it or call the number provided by @MI5 above.
