Dear Team,
Hope you're doing well, the purpose of message is I cancelled my device plan with in 14 days of receiving the phone then return the phone and they approved my return but now Still device outstanding balance is showing in my account and u send me the emails for outstanding balance please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
