Am I Right in thinking that you need the Blackberry bolt on for the Classic?

No, the Classic is a Blackberry 10 device so only needs the normal data plan.

The Blackberry bolt on is for legacy Blackberry 7 or earlier devices.

However perhaps @Irene1 could confirm that she has a data allowance and that mobile data is enabled on the Classic

edit @Toby perhaps the question should be split from the review thread?

Hi @Irene1 not sure what you mean by 'O2 not letting you sign in'?....

If you want to contact customer services then the details are here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Also...have you got the Blackberry bolt on? https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/tariffs/bolt-ons

Hi @Irene1

Could you explain what you are trying to sign into, Blackberry ID, O2, FB or something else, and then maybe we can help.

Still have my Classic BTW Happy Dance
