Hi

 

When I am not connected to wifi, I can't get emails, internet working.

 

Can anyone help me sort this?

check your apn settings for internet ( access point settings )

should be something like this

APN: mobile.o2.co.uk
Username: o2web
Password: password

btw did they ever work ??

Internet settings are as you have below, but still no joy.

 

I may have to take the phone to o2 shop.

Email settings will be wrong... who is your provider?
