I cancelled an order for a Google Pixel 6 phone in December as I found a better deal elsewhere.
They then sent me the phone. I called up, got a jiffy bag and returned it. I have since called O2 eight times asking for my refund for £500 - each time repeating the same information and explaining the situation. Each time they tell me that this-or-that issue needs to be resolved, they can't find my card, they can't find the card (you managed you take my money easily enough). It has now been two months and eight phone calls and you have not refunded me a penny.
I can now only surmise you have no intention of refunding (in complete contradiction of your stated policy on returns) and will be serving a statutory demand for the money.
What address should I send this to?
