Which? is seemingly bringing legal action against Qualcomm, claiming the company breached UK competition law by taking advantage of its dominance in the patent licensing and chip markets.

 

Which? is seeking damages for all affected Apple and Samsung smartphones purchased since 1 October 2015.

 

Apparently we are all due around £30 for each Samsung and Apple smartphone we have purchased

 

I won't be holding my breath though....

@Anonymous It"s only 17 quid per phone (£30 max) So don't go ordeing a new car.
