Now that is a damn shame.
Not just his work with the pythons, since they became pining for the fjords as a group, he has done quite a lot of work doing audiobooks.
A real shame.

Its actually quite a severe variant of dementia called primary progressive aphasia, which affects his ability to communicate. If I am honest I have never actually heard of this (in relation to dementia) Often severely head injured patients or those with a stroke are afflicted with it. Sad news indeed.

can't imagine someone whose life's work is communication to have this serious illness
