Dug this out on a Google Search

Our vigilant and trustworthy community has reported that the phone number 03333446972 is primarily associated with O2 scam calls . The callers are reported to be pretending to be from O2 , and their primary motive is to trick users into giving personal information or making fraudulent purchases

Maybe on of O2s (un) Trusted Partners

Block the number and forward the text to 7726

Ignore

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I've had one recently asking for my dob (Date of Birth) ..... = ..... not very professionally thought out SCAM, but then I wasn't born yesterday ... & ... I have, earlier in the year, unwittingly been taken in, by what the police found out to be a bunch of youngish natives from Nigeria. A sophisticated SCAM they said ... & ... with my son and my clever, kind daughter-in-law acting on my behalf verbally, in writing, using IT devices ... well ... I was very very Ill when I'd found out how stupidly I'd been taken in by these unscrupulous people ... the look of pure disgust on my son's face in my living room ... is ... something I will never, ever forget. He called me 'An IDIOT' ... ... ... The Banks Have A Very Large Sum Of Money Put Aside To Help ... = ... my very much loved son took my laptop ...  & ... phone. All the evidence was there for the Banks 'Fraud Squad' to see ... & ... the Police ... ... ... ... ... I really really truly believe in my son's heart it is something he will never ever forget & hold against me forever (never to be actually mentioned between him & me though) & my daughter-in-law who really was an absolute star 😞

THEY STOLE OTHER PEOPLES IDENTITIES ..... UNSCRUPULOUS TEENAGERS = NATIVES OF NIGERIA, IN AFRICA = STILL A 3RD WORLD CONTINENT.

POSITIVE OUTCOME OF ALL THE ABOVE FOR ME WAS / IS ... = ... ALL MY MONEY LOST WAS 'RESTORED TO ME' ... & ... IS IN A VERY VERY SAFE PLACE ..... = ..... VERY PAINFUL LESSON LEARNED.
