It should have gone on by now @Pipstop78 as most of the regulars confirmed it had been applied at the start of March (see @Cleoriff post here )

It normally shows on recent charges if it's not on the latest bill?

Got the backlog beginning of March. Nothing yet from the last lot.

 

BTW the Guide no longer works for me. Totally different layout (360?)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
