New to O2 and have found my call log only goes back a few days when with my previous provider it went back months. I was looking for a call I made last Saturday but recent calls are only going back to Tuesday. Anyone know why?

What about the call list on your handset. Mine goes back years?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
