Your subject-line is "O2 Price Promise?", but I have been with O2 since the 1990s when they were BT Cellnet and cannot really remember any price promises. Would you like to tell us more ?
I can assure you that O2 will not vanish soon. They are the UKs biggest mobile network operator, have several virtual networks using their infrastructure and also have many subscribers from the security and smart meter sectors. 👍
