Can you believe the absolute garbage they subject us to when we're on hold? That stupid trumpet song is like nails on a chalkboard! O2 better get their act together and switch it out for something decent ASAP. It's hands down the most irritating hold music ever! Are they trying to drive us insane so we'll just hang up? It's beyond ridiculous!

100% agree... I'm just being subjected to this torture now.  Unbearable ear piercing saxophone and it's the same 30 seconds on loop!  I might lose my mind before they answer!

This surely is intentional to reduce the number of people that actually wait to get through!

Shame they cannot set-up a jukebox so you could select you own music. With the length of time that folks are reputedly on hold, they would make a fortune at 5 pence per track.
