Dronestagram’s annual photo awards!

Hey everyone, 

We love a good photography thread here on the O2 community and I think Dronestagram’s annual photo awards won't be an exception to that trend! 

The final results are in and you can see the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place photos below. There were a total of 36 finalests which you can see here.

1st place - HUNGRY HIPPOS by zekedrone

2nd place - FISHING NET IN VIETNAM by Trung Pham

3rd place - 2 PEOPLE, 2 DOGS & 4 SHADOWS by qliebin

To be fair, 99% of drone photography is landscape. Those are just arty farty ones.

I'm not too keen on thse cobbled together along with a fancy name, just give me the old fashioned aerial views with lots of detail.

Dronestagram? Yuck! What a dreadful name for such beautiful photography. About as unoriginal as you could get. Where's the barf emoji when you need it?
