Hi Guys,
Well after months of my broadband dropping and lagging I finally lost patience with BT especially as my phone line has issues too.
If I change another microfilter just to see if that cures the issue I'll scream.
This resulted in me emailing BT and telling them what's what !
I want to upgrade from normal broadband to Bt Infinity.
Their answer, of course you can but its a £30 one off activation fee.
Oh no it isn't says I.
Oh Ok then we will quash the fee.
Result.

New modem and Bt hub comes tomorrow and the Bt engineer hooks me up to infinity fibreoptic on Thursday.
Looking forward from moving from around 3mb to around 40mb !
Heck my upload speed on infinity at around 10mb is faster than my standard Bt Broadband !
