Topic.

As I got nowhere last week, and the thread had to be locked by the Mods due to trolling, I need to know the correct department to ask for when I phone Sky up to see why the remote record thingy on Sky.com hasn't worked (again! WTF?!)

Hi Richard

my advice is that you call customer service and tell them your issue and ask if they can put you through the right department. If they get it wrong, keep calm and ask them if they can find the right person to speak to who can help you. Keep calm, don't get frustrated slight_smile

Richard dial 0844 241 4141 for Sky.

I always use this number to a Uk Sky Advisor.
