location always incorrect

Hi,

I have the O2 Priority App but it always gives a location absolutely miles away from where I am. I have contacted O2 who gave me a list of things to do so have re installed the app, input code from mobile number app is connected to, location is all boxes ticked that app asks for, time is automatic update and is 24 hour clock but the same thing happens exactly as before which is placing me in London / Newcastle / Birmingham / etc according to the app but I am actually in Poole, Dorset. Been going on for months now and don't really see why it's doing this if I'm honest but any ideas may be useful....

Yep.

The powers that be know about it. 

Not the only thing that needs fixing 

Don't expect anything soon.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
