Hi lovely people
So you may remember I have x2 new O2 monthly SIMO connections for the fam.
1 for Mrs S and she is able to log in to priority..✅
1 for little miss (16yrs) and she is not able to log in to priority 🤷🏿
Something I did while setting up the SIM?
I have sent a message to O2 CS to see what they say. Any ideas while I wait for their response?

There was an issue which they were looking into with the app. Not sure if it's been fixed yet or not.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the application on her phone and now it is working. Could not login for a good while. Thank you. All good now.
We can now all have our tickets for the cinema 😂
